VIP Membership and Policies
Are you wondering what makes this subscription service different than all the others? First of all, this will get you a custom fitted, new leotard every month- to keep! You will also get a new design, new fabric that is not even available for custom order leotards. That is what makes LBK VIPS special!
The subscription includes free shipping! Dance wear is delivered to you via USPS and once the package is dropped at the Post Office, time to receive is generally out of our control. Please let us know if you do not receive a package within the designated shipping time. You will receive an email with tracking information once your package is shipped. We will also ship using the provider of your choice, but be sure to let us know your preferred shipping method.
Once you submit your form and first month's subscription payment, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your first shipment. Depending on where you live, you may receive even faster than 5 days!
Your membership renews monthly, but you have the option to cancel 7 days before your renewal date each month.

-How do I care for my LBK Dance wear?
I recommend hand washing and hang drying your dance wear. You can machine wash, but please hang dry to get the most wear out of your custom dance wear.
-The only reason I accept returns is for production defect. If you have any concerns about your items, please contact us with your order number, when you placed your order, a photo of the defect, and a detailed explanation of the defect.
To return Ready To Wear Boutique Dance wear, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving your dance wear with your order number, when you placed your order, and a detailed explanation of the problem. Once your return is approved, it must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Please note that shipping will not be refunded, but you will receive back the cost of the dance wear you purchased.
-How do I update my billing and shipping information?
Please contact us via email (email@example.com) with your full name and subscription option and the details you would like to update. Please note that shipments will be sent to the address you submit when you sign up. If it changes at any time, please notify us so your next shipment after a return goes to the right place. We will do our best to track your packages, but we are not responsible for lost packages that ship to a past address.
